Service and accounts

Nuvora POS is a store-management tool for recording sales, inventory, customers, purchases and electronics service orders. Use it only for activities and information you are authorized to manage. Keep account credentials secure and assign employee permissions appropriate to their work.

Store administrators control the information entered by their business. You are responsible for reviewing transaction amounts, tax settings, service terms and receipt details before using them with customers. Tax settings are configurable and do not automatically determine every applicable tax rule or exemption.

Subscriptions and computers

New stores receive a single 7-day trial without a payment card, starting when registration is completed. At expiry, store functions pause until a paid subscription is active. Your records are retained. Purchasing a subscription authorizes monthly billing; it does not restart the free trial.

When paid subscriptions are offered, the price, trial conditions, included computers, additional-computer charges, applicable taxes and cancellation options are shown before you authorize a subscription. Merely visiting these pages or connecting Google Drive does not authorize a charge.

Additional licensed computers belong to the same store and share that store's records and business identity. A separate business requires its own service. Access can be paused if an applicable trial expires or subscription payment is overdue; operational records are not automatically erased by that pause.

Optional backups and restoration

Connecting Google Drive requires authorization from the Google account holder. Google account and storage terms also apply. The backup feature stores encrypted copies in the app's private data folder. The backup password is needed to open each copy; retain it securely.

A successful backup message means the app uploaded and read back that copy for verification. It is not a guarantee against every future loss, account restriction, storage failure or loss of your password. Maintain copies appropriate to your business and review the last successful backup time.

Daily automatic copies currently run while an administrator has the app open. There is no active guarantee of automatic backups when all browsers are closed. Restoration replaces current business and employee/security records with those from the selected copy. Review the preview and ensure other terminals finish their work before confirming a restore. A verified safety copy must be saved first.

Privacy, support and changes

The Privacy policy explains processing of store data and Google authorization information, including disconnecting Drive and requesting deletion. Do not use the service to gain unauthorized access to devices, accounts or information.
